I started playing Half Life for PS2, which is sweet. I've only played through fragments of the game in the past, so it's nice to play through the whole thing. I also got a chance to play the new Super Mario Bros for Wii, which is balls deep as they say. The multiplayer is extremely counter-productive, but ridiculously entertaining nonetheless. It seems like it'd be great to play both multiplayer and on your own. I also was able to play through one of the new campaigns on a pirated copy of Left 4 Dead 2. I have two words. Chainsaw, and fireworks. It was great.
On a different note I've been having very painful problems with my neck recently. It flared up so badly the other night that I took a trip to outpatients with
We spent about 5 hours waiting behind many other sick and injured folks, some with serious problems that weren't being attended to. Like hemmhoraging vaginas. And bleeding ears. So after I heard that a car crash victim was being bussed in, we just left.
This is really a sad state for our healthcare system to be in, in Canada. You never really think something affects you until it happens to you, it fucking sucks.
In other news, if I find out that I'm able to, I'll upload the workings of my capstone project from this summer. I'll have to ask my uhh... supervisor...? if I'm allowed to upload this (not sure what rights I still own on the picture), but if I'm able to I'll totally do it.
